Superstar Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Superstar Parts. We always strive to provide the best products and customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You can return a product within 7–14 days after delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • To start a return, please contact us at info@superstarmotorcycle.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Wait for our confirmation before sending the item back to us.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or installed auto parts
  • Electrical or electronic items (for safety reasons)
  • Custom or special-order parts
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.
  • If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: usually 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you still haven’t received it after 10 business days, contact us at info@superstarmotorcycle.com.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • To exchange an item, email us at info@superstarmotorcycle.com with photos of the product and your order number.
  • After confirmation, we’ll send a replacement part.

6. Shipping for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return your item.
  • If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your returned item is received.
