Superstar Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship orders all across Pakistan.
  • For international shipping requests, please contact us at info@superstarmotorcycle.com before placing your order.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • We will notify you if there is any unexpected delay in processing your order.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time within Pakistan: 3–7 business days.
  • Remote areas may take an additional 2–3 days for delivery.
  • International deliveries (if applicable) vary depending on location and courier service.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and courier rates.
  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — details will be announced on our website and social media.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number.
  • You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to monitor your shipment’s status.

6. Delays & Responsibility

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
  • We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
  • Superstar Parts is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

8. Change of Address

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before your order has been dispatched.
  • Once the package has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

9. In-Store Pickup (if applicable)

  • Customers in Hyderabad may choose in-store pickup at our head office.
  • You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup.
