If payment fails or is declined, your order may be canceled.

We currently ship to all regions within Pakistan.
Delivery times are estimates only (typically 3–7 business days).
Shipping costs and tracking details will be provided during checkout.
We are not responsible for courier delays, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

You may return unused items in their original condition within 7–14 days of delivery (unless marked non-returnable).
To initiate a return, contact us at info@superstarmotorcycle.com with your order number and reason.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 5–10 business days).
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for verifying part compatibility before purchase.
We are not liable if a part does not fit due to an incorrect model selection unless the product description was misleading.
